Admiral Brian has been in good form over hurdles winning twice already this year and makes his debut over the bigger obstacles. Cappacurry Zak was beaten a long way when runner-up at Limerick but may do better on this less testing ground. Hes Our Vinnie is likely to stay marathons over fences as he won a Limerick handicap hurdle over three miles on very heavy going. Instant Smile and Mells Theater are maiden hurdle winners who should do even better over fences while Riviera Sun was in excellent form over hurdles last summer and looks the type to do very well over fences. FAIRLY LEGAL, a winning point-to-pointer, won a maiden hurdle at Naas in February and that was a bonus as his pedigree is all about chasing so he's taken to make a successful debut.
