Pat Smullen teamed up with JET STREAMING on his debut in testing ground at Naas and ,though beaten six lengths by Alphabet, it was a very encouraging start and the longer trip can enable him to get off the mark. De La Vega reappeared with a staying-on run over this trip at Dundalk while Tobacco Bay caught the eye on the same track in February. Michael Halford has been amongst the winners so Yulong Baokui can improve from her opening run at Leopardstown in October while James Nash had a very smart well-supported winner at Leopardstown on Sunday so Alohamora is one to keep an eye on after a promising introduction at the Curragh in October.
