In depth

Verdict

THE PLAN MAN made a highly encouraging debut when beaten a short-head by the favourite Protestant over 1m2f at Roscommon and with the longer trip sure to suit he'll take some beating. Hejaz made a nice start behind Maggie Dalton at the Curragh and is certain to improve while Sinour and Hypatia both should be winning before long. The newcomers Lineman and Feile Bride have smart pedigrees and hail from yards perfectly capable of getting one ready.
