Verdict

The four-year-old A Wave Of The Sea, a Grade 1 winner over hurdles in February, looked a very smart prospect for chasing when scoring easily at Kilbeggan and his allowance should ensure a big effort. Sizing Pottsie has had four starts over fences, winning twice and coming to grief in the other two. His victories, including a Grade 3 at Naas in March, came on heavy ground so further rain would aid his cause. GALVIN's close second to Imperial Aura in a Listed race at Cheltenham is the best chase form on view and he's returned with a couple of minor race victories at Killarney. He can complete a hat-trick as Ministerforsport has been in poor form since a short-head defeat in a Naas Grade 3 in March.
