Otay Kawn has had very little luck over fences but if he gets round without mishap can get competitive. AINAMA was a more than useful hurdler rated 135 and though put in his place by the exciting Mossey Joe on his chasing bow at Killarney he jumped well and will be unfortunate to come up against one as good here. Derinlaur made a brave attempt to make all over 2m7f here last time and the shorter trip will be to his advantage. He had the more experienced Total Victory behind that day and should confirm the form with Colm Murphy's gelding. St Devote could provide the biggest threat as he wasn't ranked far behind Ainama over timber and made a very encouraging comeback at Punchestown last month.
