Verdict

Snooze jumped and stayed well when gaining a surprise victory at Cork but meets much stronger rivals here. Berties Dream has been racing in strong company since scoring very easily over the C&D in January but was undoubtedly disappointing in the Cork Grand National last time. Allee Garde looked a potential star when making a winning debut over fences at Clonmel last December but has gone to pieces after falling when fancied at the Cheltenham Festival. He'll be better for a recent confidence booster but 2011 Grand National runner-up Oscar Time hasn't run since having a spin over hurdles here a year ago and will probably need the run. FORPADYDEPLASTERER has only raced over this trip once - pulling up behind Long Run in the King George - and he hasn't exactly been in the best of form. However, he has consistently raced against the very top class and gets the nod as this is a rare venture outside of Grade company.
