Mark Me Up would be difficult to beat on his narrow defeat at Listowel in September but he's run poorly in recent starts. Refused A Name won three from four in 2013/14 and looked a bright prospect but had almost two years off before returning at Punchestown three weeks ago. That should have brought him on enough to be thereabouts in this modest company. Drishogue Boy won over hurdles here in March though has never looked like scoring over fences but HARD BOUGHT (NAP) looks the one to be on. He had three runs over fences in 2013 without showing much but has won four times over hurdles subsequently and can revert to the bigger obstacles on a 20lb lower mark. Dual point-to-point winner Mezendore has been well beaten in novice company under Rules and has a big weight for his handicap debut.
