Verdict
GIN ON LIME, a rare four-year-old runner over fences for Henry De Bromhead, scored over hurdles in France before two runs for new connections, the latest when third behind two Gordon Elliott-trained hurdlers who went on to finish first and fourth in the Fred Winter at Cheltenham. She'll be receiving 10lb here from Elliott's Surin, a Grade 3 winner over hurdles and runner-up in what looked a strong beginners' chase at Fairyhouse. Winning bumper and hurdler Sapphire Lady hasn't been seen since April last year but that's never been a concern for one from her yard while Trees Valley, a winning point-to-pointer, has been in excellent form over hurdles in recent weeks.
