Sympa Des Flos made all to land a Limerick maiden in impressive style but was held up when tackling novice company here last month and ran poorly. He'll need to bounce back as Gordon Elliott holds a strong hand with Blow By Blow and GUN DIGGER. The former won the 2016 championship bumper at Punchestown and has been making his way back after injury. He won a Navan maiden in December and it was no disgrace to be beaten in a Grade 1 at Naas next time. But his stable companion has been gradually improving and was impressive when scoring at Down Royal and though having a bit to find looks capable of doing so and landing this. Articulum could hardly have made a more impressive start over hurdles at Cork but was another who ran poorly here last time where he didn't stay the extended 2m6f. Not Many Left's stamina came into play on heavy ground at Navan and further rain wouldn't do his chances any harm.
