Verdict

CIEL DE NEIGE wasn't quite top-notch over hurdles but has done everything asked of him over fences, completing a hat-trick from 2m to 2m4f in impressive fashion. He can defy a penalty as main challenger French Dynamite looks as though he needs further. Mouse Morris' charge, a winning point-to-pointer and three-times successful over hurdles, beat the useful Dewcup comfortably on just his second outing over fences at Punchestown in November but made mistakes when sent into Grade 1 company at Leopardstown last month. The remainder are playing for the minor spot barring mishaps with chasing debutant The Little Yank possibly the best of them.
