Verdict

Glengouly made a winning chasing debut over the course and distance in December but has failed to build on that success and Paul Townend prefers Flame Bearer. Though a very impressive winner on just his second start over fences at Fairyhouse, he jumped poorly when a dozen lengths behind INDIANA JONES in a Navan Grade 3 a fortnight ago. The winner has a 7lb penalty to contend with but can go in again though the smart Sole Pretender would be a major threat if the ground dries out and he goes particularly well fresh. Rachael Blackmore chooses Upping The Anti of Henry De Bromhead's pair and her mount was unluckily brought down at Leopardstown earlier this month.
