A very low-grade handicap in which Gary gets a chance to prove his recent third place at Navan was no fluke. He'd shown little in previous starts but came in for a bit of support and produced a much improved effort. Old Time Melody and The Grey Guy battled out a finish at around this trip at Fairyhouse with the former coming out on top. They should both get involved here while Drive On Locky is back on the same mark as when gaining his only success at Tramore in April. SAMANNTOM gets the verdict as though he's climbed the ratings without winning it's only a matter of time before he puts that right and any further easing of the ground would make him difficult to beat.
