Verdict

Fais Ton Chemin should improve for his run at Fairyhouse though he never looked like winning. He finished around 8 lengths behind Favori De Champdou who should have his measure again though this can go to RUN FOR OSCAR. From a yard in form, he ran really well in a strong Leopardstown bumper won by Eric Bloodaxe in December and normal progress can see him take this with his young rider good value for his 7lb claim. Jamie Codd's presence suggests the well-connected Ajero, a half-brother to five winners, will attract support while Wishful Thinking is out of a Flat winner and should have more natural pace than most.
