BARNA VENTURE is the only course winner in the line-up and though he's been out of form this is a very low-grade contest. His last two runs have been over hurdles but his previous start when third over fences at Gowran would probably be good enough. Thatbeatsbanagher's only victory came over 2m5f so this could prove on the short side while Brog Ahaon makes his handicap debut after just three moderate runs over fences. Sea Scorpion would have a chance on his second at Downpatrick in September but hasn't shown much subsequently while Grey Atlantic Way has never won in 19 starts.
