Verdict
Western Sea won here in December from 4lb lower but hasn't run since pulling up here in March. Carnet De Stage gained his first victory on his 31st start at Killarney though has struggled from his raised mark and runner-up Filon D'Oudairies can reverse the form on the revised terms. RICKY LANGFORD bounced back to form with an emphatic victory on that track and a 6lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent a follow-up. Well Joey, a four-times winner over fences, ran a fine race here a fortnight ago though finds this on the short side as does third-placed Early Arrival, who was staying on at the finish. A Mere Bagatelle has shown up well in both starts over fences and The Great White has been placed in five of six starts over the bigger obstacles.
