Game Puppeteer was well supported when landing a Tramore handicap early last month but came here a fortnight later and ran poorly. He was earlier beaten seven lengths by OMEGA SPRINGS (NAP) at Gowran and is no better off so the latter, who has continued to run well on this sort of ground, should confirm the form and take this. Sparkalark won a Tramore maiden in June and ran his best race in a handicap on this course last month while Alhellal would have to be considered if getting a run from his reserve spot as he's run very well at Dundalk in his last two starts and is lightly-raced over hurdles. Marshim, who is rapidly closing on his fifteenth birthday, could have one last race in him as he has found soft ground against him recently after an excellent second at Listowel.
