Verdict

King's Charisma is progressing well but needs to take a further step forward upped in both class and trip and raised 6lb after scoring at Haydock. But MATEWAN drops back down a level having been headed at the line in this grade at Newmarket on his penultimate start and an apprentice’s 7lb allowance could see Ian Williams’ charge go one better. Make Haste Slowly went close in a maiden race here before scoring at Kempton and can figure while Camahawk is another stepping up in trip and is less exposed than The Navigator, who missed an engagement at Ayr yesterday.
