Petrol has disappointed since scoring at Wolverhampton and was beaten in a Ripon seller last time when Operateur was just behind. Jewelled Dagger went up 6lb for scoring at Chepstow but ran well at Warwick last time and has to be on the short-list. Summerlea has also been beaten in sellers and usually runs over further but Croftamie showed a bit of form at Pontefract last time and is one of the few here with scope. SLIDE SHOW cost connections 97,000gns as a yearling and was trained in Ireland before moving to Dandy Nicholls. He was having his first start since November at Hamilton last week and though showing little he is entitled to come on for the run and is given the nod in this very low-class affair. The Lodge Road hasn't shown much for a while but hails from a yard just finding its feet.
