THE RESDEV WAY didn't show much on Turf before improving massively to win three races on Tapeta and, if transferring that progress to Turf, could come out best in a tight handicap. Megan Nicholls' claim is a bonus for Top of The Glas, who was in fine form on the Flat and over timber last summer, while stable companion Green Light won a Class 2 handicap at Epsom in June, though was last seen over hurdles in January when falling. Gabrial's King has won nine races but he hasn't scored since 2015 which is why he's slowly been dropping in the ratings. He's better over further but looks certain to give a good account as does Saved By The Bell. David O'Meara's charge is another who hasn't won for a while and is better over a longer trip but he was racing in very strong company last term.
