Verdict

Allo Al Khawaneej ran in a better class race at Haydock and wasn't disgraced while EDGE OF DARKNESS didn't enjoy the soft conditions there last time. The latter was running well over shorter last summer and is a half-brother to a middle-distance winner. Moush showed some potential last season but was beaten a distance on his reappearance at Doncaster after pulling too hard. The remaining trio with experience have shown little and newcomer Leazy Lindsay wouldn't need to be special to get into contention.
