      Verdict

      Hula Ballew gets the call here ahead of Passion Fruit and Amy Louise. Hula Ballew is on an upward curve but needs to defy a six-pounds rise for her recent course and distance win. She loves it here, though, and is clearly in good heart. Amy Louise loves soft going and may yet prove effective from her new mark as her reappearance run last time came over an inadequate trip. Passion Fruit also has to be considered racing from a pound above a winning rating. Dispol Isle has won two of her last four races, but is now three pounds above a winning rating, while Stolen Glance has also to find a few pounds of improvement on Turf if she is to land the spoils. Finally, Weekend Fling has yet to race on going with give in it and Golden Topaz has not really built on her maiden run here last July. All of which returns us to the selection, which is Hula Ballew.
