With just the four runners and no obvious pace setter this is likely to be a tactical affair and what can only be a tentative vote goes to Freya's Dream with Summer Shades the best bet for the forecast. The last mentioned has found one too good in each of his last three starts and deserves to get his head in front but Mark Brisbourne's horse may not have the speed to live with his rivals here and is best passed over. Neither Astrocharm nor Transcendantale are in particularly good form at present and the latter has to race from 6lbs out of the handicap so Freya's Dream is the choice. Tim Easterby's filly was done few favours with the draw here last time and is better judged on her previous close fourth behind Mine at Doncaster. Dropped 1lb since then, she is only 5lbs higher than when last successful at Sandown a year ago and is taken to take advantage of her current mark.
