Sir Michael Stoute looks to have found an easy handicap for his impressive maiden winner Peeress and she is a confident choice to beat Summer Shades and Graceful Air. The selection confirmed the promise of her sole juvenile outing to win at Bath with a bit up her sleeve and there was a lot to like about the way she quickened up approaching the final furlong to score. Summer Shades appears to be the main danger having shown plenty of promise in recent fast ground handicaps. Graceful Air has also shown plenty of ability in maidens and handicaps. There was a lot to like about her recent effort behind Lorien Hill at Beverley and she should figure in the finish. Scotland The Brave and Marabar are also in with a squeak at the weights, but Peeress is the one with plenty of scope for improvement and is fully expected to land the spoils.
