      Verdict

As in the first division, David Simcock and Jamie Spencer team up with an interesting debutante in Pellucid, though she'll probably come into her own over longer trips and IN FIRST PLACE (NAP) probably sets a decent standard. Richard Fahey's Bated Breath colt was third on his introduction at Doncaster and then fifth in what looked a hot novice event at York. Redcar third Trois Bon Amis is gradually getting the hang of things but Jollydee hasn't really threatened in her three runs to date.
