Tamayuz Magic won twice over track and trip last year, including this race, and is not easily dismissed despite racing off a 4lb higher mark than his latest success. But AIRTON went close in a higher grade here three weeks ago when headed only close home by Gabrial’s King and James Bethell’s charge gets the nod. Top of The Glas has a bit to find with the selection on latest running but Peterhouse has a shout on a recent third at Beverley and London Glory has slipped down the weights and could go well upped in trip. The latter pair are preferred to the returning Transpennine Star and Age of Elegance.
