Roger Varian won this last year with a similar type to APPEARED. Gelded over the winter, the son of Dubawi scored at York last season and should go on to better things having only had seven outings so far. Mornington, Mohatem and Jacob Cats have won lower grade contests recently with the former pair raised 7lb each for their victories at Bath and Yarmouth respectively while Fleeting Visit has yet to win a handicap but was not beaten far when fifth on his reappearance at Newbury three weeks ago.
