JOSEPHINE MALINES is our selection in the seller with King Of The Moors and Gifted Heir worthy of note. Ann Duffield's horses have run well when campaigned at the correct level and she has two solid contenders at today's terms. Josephine Malines has actually been tried in much better grade than this in the past but she ran creditably enough in a non-seller at Newcastle and on that evidence, it could be worth chancing that there is a big run to come. The trainer is also represented by Whispering Spirit though we reckon he may need a little more in the way of rain. King Of The Moors has been disappointing of late. At his best, he would have had little trouble in despatching this field but his recent form has been very modest. Gifted Heir ran a real eye catcher in a similar contest at Brighton. Ground and trip appear ideal for this very lightly weighted individual. Morrochius can still be argued to be well handicapped on some of his earlier runs for Ralph Beckett. He seems to go particularly well for Barry McHugh. Carpe Diem drops in class having struggled to land his maiden. Sands Of Barra is a thorough rogue who would have chances if consenting to put it all in. Flying Bantam is desperately out of form whilst Spin Again attempts a mile for the first time. Josephine Malines gets the vote in a race where plenty have evident chances.
