Burhaan and Bahara both made pleasing debuts and should go close here but we will narrowly side with the last mentioned as our idea of the winner. The selection hails from the Mick Channon yard and ran well when a close second behind Namir at Hamilton on her debut. That was over 5f and she gave the impression that day that an extra furlong would suit. She gets that here and that may be enough to see her get her head in front. Burhaan is a nice colt and he showed plenty of ability on his debut when third behind Oranmore Castle at Newmarket. He ran a bit green that day so he is sure to come on for the run and he will not be far away at the finish. Master Bear is an interesting newcomer from the Richard Fahey yard and is worth noting in the market, while Tagula Bay ran well last time but he is exposed compared to most of these. This is an interesting race to round off the card and the vote is given to Bahara.
