In depth

Verdict

RAPSCALLION DEEP came good in a maiden at Ripon last time. This is tougher but Kevin Ryan's colt has plenty of scope and is fancied to find the improvement necessary to follow-up. Millkwood should be winning this season and has a recent pipe-opener at York under his belt while Hardy Blue won five times on the Polytrack last year but is having only his second start on Turf as he returns to action. Monsieur Royale will appreciate the return to 6f and makes more appeal than Red Cobra and Another Claret.
