Pedley Wood made some early mistakes on his chasing debut at Hereford but his stamina came into play and a 4lb rise doesn't look excessive. Concrete King has yet to win under Rules but was only beaten a length over this trip at Southwell a couple of weeks ago so enters the equation. Another maiden, Williamdeconqueror, ran a shocker at Exeter after a short-head defeat at Lingfield and 13-times winner DINDIN is perfectly capable of winning from this mark under his claiming rider and another victory looks on the cards. Venetia Williams continues in superb form so Paseo shouldn't be dismissed despite a couple of poor runs.
