A tricky puzzle to solve as Laudatory hasn't really run up to the form of his victory at Towcester in May since. Leopard Hills' winning form has come in sellers while James Pollard is still 9lb higher than when successful at Wincanton in October and finished behind Dragon's Den at the same track next time. Balerina is tried in blinkers but has become disappointing, while C&D winner Beside The Fire is probably better over further nowadays. Rob Conti and Behtarini have place claims, however, and DRUMSHAMBO has been knocking on the door. He's gone up 4lb since finishing second to Highway Code at Exeter but this sharper track and less testing surface is in his favour so he could be the one to beat.
