In depth

Verdict

Ardesia and Mujamead may both struggle to concede a stone to the David Pipe-trained Ful Of Grace and so the last-named gets the nod. Fifth on her hurdling debut at Hereford, David Pipe's filly was no great shakes on the flat. However there was some promise in that first run over timber and with the visor on again and the stable starting to provide more winners, a big run can be expected. The previous winners Ardesia and Mujamead must both be respected, in particular Ardesia. He will appreciate the drop in grade and cannot be ruled out for an in-form stable. Flat recruit Straight Face needs a check n the betting, whilst Watch Out and Dr Dream have both shaped with promise on two hurdles starts so far. Not the worst seller by a long way, and Ful Of Grace gets the nomination.
