    Verdict

WOODLARK ISLAND has been chasing with some success and has won three times over timber. He's 8lb higher than when last successful over the smaller obstacles at Towcester in May but is going well enough to see off this mainly moderate opposition. Teshali has been a disappointment since arriving from France where he won three times on the Flat and Posh Emily has struggled at the weights since her last victory over timber at Sandown a year ago. Winning point-to-pointer Giant O Murchu looked a likely winner when challenging at Folkestone recently but failed to quicken and will probably find this on the short side as may Foreign King, a winner over two miles on Polytrack at Kempton in September.
