Verdict

This is a bit of a shocker but Chris Down's mare ICE TRES stayed on late over track and trip last time and will be helped by Ciaran Gethings' claim. Joint top weight Exemplary could also figure if anywhere near his best while Columbanus' second at Wincanton was easily his best run to date and Natalie Parker again takes off 7lb. Barista is fit from the Flat and won over 7f at Chepstow in August, though has only been placed once in 10 starts over timber.
