Verdict
The day’s feature is also the most competitive race on today’s card. Amelia's Dance is a real course specialist but possibly a shade high in the weights now. Galice Macalo gave weight and a beating to a subsequent winner at Chepstow last month and holds Finest View on the form book while Silent Revolution remains unexposed. Little went right for Colonial Empire when on a hat-trick at Exeter but he’s 10lb higher than for his last success. BOOMBAWN couldn’t handle the step up to Grade 3 company at Newbury in November but his earlier form has worked out well and he may have benefited from a rest while waiting for the ground to dry out again.
