In depth

Verdict

Not much strength in depth here and with Asian Persuasion 9lbs worse of with Limbo Lad, for finishing just over a length behind his rival, this should come down to a match between the latter and Lady Of The Inn. Limbo Lad deserves to win a little race and will have no problem with the fast ground here, but he looks likely to play second fiddle to the Martin Pipe trained Lady Of The Inn, who shaped well enough on her debut behind the in-form Sunridge Fairy, who was completing a hat-trick. Using Washington Pink as a yardstick, Martin Pipe's filly has plenty in hand over her main rival and will be hard to beat around this sharp track.
