In depth

Verdict

Muckamore drops back down in trip having gone close over 3m at Ludlow and has every chance but VINNIE’S GETAWAY may just edge this. The bumper winner finished a creditable second at Stratford on his hurdling bow and this extra distance shouldn’t be a problem for Olly Murphy’s charge having won a point-to-point in the past. Tuscan Pearl and Kingsmill Gin were both placed on their respective hurdling debuts without looking like winning with the former preferred while Ragamuffin can only improve having disappointed on his first start over timber.
