This looks to be an extremely open handicap, made even more difficult by the fact that Martin Pipe saddles no fewer than ten of the runners! One imagines that Tony McCoy could choose to ride any of them, so Iorana has to be respected on that basis alone. She didn't appear to take that well to fences, and a reproduction of her easy win in handicap company at Worcester last year would give her every chance here. Miss Tango has been absent for some time and she would ideally prefer faster ground, while Tango Royal has not really excelled since joining Martin Pipe but is another who did not take well to fences and is potentially on a fair mark. Lawz put up his best performance for a long time at Chepstow on his latest start, and if improving on that would have a major chance here, but marginal preference goes to the bottom weight Megazine, who goes particularly well for his lady rider. He bolted up in a weaker race over course and distance last time and is taken to follow up by making all once again here.
