Uttoxeter winner AREA FIFTY ONE (NAP), a decent sort on the Flat, couldn't give smart chaser Buywise 7lb at Ludlow last month but kept on well and was only beaten three lengths at the line. He can get back on track here at the main expense of Zulu Oscar, worth another chance after unseating his rider at the first on his hurdling debut in a Listed event at Kempton. Alto Des Mottes won a bumper in France but has his first run since disappointing on his UK debut at Exeter in December. Navanman's conqueror in a Worcester bumper, El Namoose, looks a smart prospect and David Pipe's charge is also worth a second look.
