Verdict

Tara Tavey, Pennant Dancer and The Wee Midget could all figure in a modest opener if in the mood but AALY has the best recent form. He's not exactly consistent but won over a longer trip on similar going at Fontwell last month and is only 4lb higher. Unefille De Guye has been tried in differing combinations of headgear and steering aids but none have inspired him to get his head in front and he's one to be wary of now. Johns Luck has been placed in his last two starts at Uttoxeter but was well beaten on both occasions.
