In depth

Verdict

Plenty with claims in this including Dalaman, who won at Wetherby on Boxing Day, while Triple Chief scored over fences here recently and has won over course and distance before. Vado Forte, Delface and Balibour all finished runner-up on their respective latest starts while Lord Ballim was beaten only a neck when third at Carlisle last time. But Richard Johnson partnered LITTLE MISS POET in all three of her wins to date and he’s reunited with Philip Hobbs’ mare today as she drops in class on the back of a good effort in a Class 2 contest at Ascot.
