Nonrunner
There are three worth considering in the handicap hurdle, Manawanui, Businessmoney Jake and Complete Outsider with Manawanui our selection to build on his recent Taunton second. He had been pulled up on his previous two outings but bounced back to form when a quarter-length second to Blaeberry last month. That runner was a good third in a competitive handicap at this course last week and Manawanui can win his first race in two years today. Businessmoney Jake won back-to-back races at Plumpton and Fontwell at the back-end of last year but the handicapper punished him for those wins and he still looks to high in the weights. Perhaps the biggest threat to our selection is the Nick Williams-trained Complete Outsider. He ran a creditable fifth behind Wellbeing at Exeter last month. That was his first race in over a year and he is sure to come on for the run. He represents the main danger to our selection, Manawanui.
