In depth

Verdict

Starsky probably found the fast going against him when runner-up at Wincanton and may not come into his own until tackling obstacles on softer ground. BERGAMOT looked as though she needed further when runner-up over 1m6f at Warwick and this should be more to her liking but Fourshoes ran a shocker at Warwick after a reasonable start when well supported at Wetherby. Capac is a half-brother to the top-class Brave Inca and is one to note in the market though Thesaurus, who cost 80,000gns as a yearling, is bred for the Flat so should have conditions to suit.
