Verdict

At Its Own Expense has progressed steadily throughout his career and makes his handicap debut after his victory in a course and distance maiden. There's every chance he'll improve again though this is a tougher assignment. Cotswold Way also represents Philip Hobbs but he found Listed company against him at Kempton after completing a hat-trick on good ground. CAPITAINE took his chance in the County Hurdle after winning a Class 2 handicap over 2m here in February when Space Oddity was a long way behind. Already a winner seven times, he has Lorcan Williams' claim to aid his cause and can go in again.
