A tightly-knit contest headed by Seventh Sky who has been placed behind potentially useful chasers in Grumeti and Makari the last twice. Charlie Mann has been in impressive form of late and his charge has room for progress over the larger obstacles as he gains experience. It's tempting to go along with him with the yard in such good form but THE LAST NIGHT is narrowly preferred. Unbeaten over fences, he's shown commendable resilience in landing two closely-fought finishes and that good attitude should serve him well off what still appeals as a feasible handicap mark. Emma Lavelle, who has been most patient with him, will be hoping the rains do not arrive and spoil his chance. Un Anjou's consistency affords him place claims once again whilst Another Flutter also usually runs his race and should give his amateur pilot a good spin.
