In depth

Verdict

Tamarillo Grove is better at Newton Abbot than anywhere else and it would be no surprise if Kohuma reversed form at the Devon track with Sophie Leech’s inmate. G'day Aussie easily beat Thahab Ifraj here before winning over fences at Newton Abbot and is in peak form while Romanor continued his improvement with an easy win at Fontwell last week. The latter beat REGULATION half-a-length here in June but the top weight is now 10lb better off plus Jack Andrews’ claim and that should be enough to turn the tables. Jamacho finished ahead of G'day Aussie at Worcester last month and Watt Broderick can only improve for his fourth at Bangor.
