Pocket Too is the pick over You'vegotmerocking, Lowlander, Come Out Firing, and Loita Hills. The first thing to say is that this is a poor contest, and should therefore be well withing the capabilities of Pocket Too who bolted up at Worcester a fortnight ago. That was on soft ground, but he proved his ability to handle faster conditions when scoring at Newton Abbot the time before, and he definitely has more scope than the rest of these. You'vegotmerocking beat little in a seller at Uttoxeter a fortnight ago, but was bought in for 5,000gns after his latest success, while Lowlander had winning form when trained in Ireland, but has been hunter-chasing since coming over. He is going the right way and has his usual pilot on board. Come Out Firing has shown nothing yet but is only lightly raced, while Loita Hills looked progressive two years ago but it was only last month that he opened his account in a moderate maiden hurdle at Chepstow. All in all, Pocket Too has the strongest claims.
