According to Pete, Dhehdaah and Rojabaa are among the more obvious candidates and our vote is for According to Pete. Malcolm Jefferson's charge won in spite of the going at Sedgefield and was a very useful bumper horse. Accordion bred horses are capable of handling this surface without too many problems and it is probable that we have yet to see the best of him. Dhehdaah hails from a yard that are very much in form. A fair second on the flat at Nottingham, he should give the selection something to think about. Rojabaa has done the majority of his winning on softer going so the surface is a worry. That said, he put up a decent effort at Haydock on his latest start and this is a weaker race. Theatre Tinka is exposed under both codes but be another to be better for softer going. La Dolfina had some decent form for Hughie Morrison on the level but has yet to transfer it to her jumping career. Almizan was pulled up on his latest start but should be watched in the market as his yard are in form. A tough race in which According to Pete gets the nod.
