Bumper winner DANDOLO DU GITE found the odds-on French Crusader too good at Towcester on his hurdling bow back in May but finished well clear of the rest. He may prove good enough on his return though Comeonthebull has the more recent form with a second in a bumper here earlier in the month. Keel Over didn’t fare too badly when fourth at Uttoxeter in June on his first start over hurdles but L'Auberge Du Bois was expected to do much better at Exeter when last in action having placed at Wincanton earlier in the year. Tricks And Trails has placed in point-to-points and may prove best of the rest.
