Henry's Joy was more like his old self at Cartmel but has been raised 3lb for his efforts. Coillte Eile may have needed her run at Bangor but was beaten a long way while chaser Fort Gabriel is probably having a pipe-opener. Both Sandy Boy and Transpennine Star have a bit to prove on their return to action and Beneagles is also best watched but the stamina test at Newton Abbot suited Jasmin Des Bordes and he should be in the firing-line again. NORTH STAR OSCAR (NAP) did well last year, winning three times. Despite that, he is still on a decent mark and wind surgery in May may bring about further improvement.
